📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items

All Cards of Curiosity products are thoroughly quality-checked and securely packaged before dispatch to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

As such, we are not liable for any damage occurring in transit or after delivery.

Replacements will only be provided if there has been an error on our part (for example, an incorrect product sent).

In such rare cases, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at [your support email/phone] with your order ID and clear photos, and we will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
